Utterance

Where (human) beings are heard to produce sounds, then we will tend to impute intention to the sonic event. We will hear it at some level as an Utterance. In particular, whenever the human voice is used as a source of sound in whatever context, the concept of Utterance will enter at some level into our apprehension of the event. This becomes particularly important in the sphere of electroacoustic music projected in the virtual space of loudspeakers where we can no longer rely on the physical and social cues of the concert hall. In general, non-music sounds produced by individual creatures may be taken to indicate or express something about internal state, reaction to environment events, responses to utterances by other creatures. At whatever level, the sense of Utterance, whether as indicator, signal, symbol, sign or syntactic or semantic-syntactic stream enters into our perception of the events. Utterance

Ce terme désigne l'intention que l'on attribut à des événements sonores produits par des être humains. Ce phénomène se produit en particulier chaque fois que la voix humaine est utilisée comme source sonore dans n'importe quel contexte, le concept d'utterance désigne alors notre appréhension de l'événement à un certain niveau. Ceci est particulièrement important dans le cas de la musique électroacoustique projetée dans un espace virtuel de haut-parleurs dans lequel il est impossible de relier le son aux caractéristiques matérielles et sociologiques de la salle de concert. Habituellement, la production de sons non-musicaux par des êtres vivants peut être interprété comme l'expression de quelque chose à propos d'un état interne, d'une réaction à des événements de l'environnement, de réponses aux expressions des autres êtres vivants. À quelque niveau que ce soit, le sens de utterance, comme indicateur, signal, symbole, signe, flux syntaxique ou flux sémantique-syntaxique, entre dans notre perception des événements. Utterance

Il termine indica l'intenzionalità che unisce il livello della percezione di un suono prodotto all'atto di produrre un suono da parte di un essere (umano), intesa come intenzionalità dell'evento sonoro. Il fenomeno avviene in particolare ogniqualvolta la voce umana sia usata come fonte di suono, in qualsiasi contesto: l'Utterance si ha in quanto avviene a un qualche livello la cattura dell'evento. Il fenomeno è particolarmente importante nella musica elettroacustica proiettata in uno spazio virtuale di altoparlanti, poiché non è più possibile fare riferimento agli indizi tradizionali (fisici e sociali) che si hanno in una sala di concerto. In generale, la produzione di suoni non-musicali da parte di esseri viventi può essere interpretata come l'espressione di qualcosa di relativo ad uno stato interno, ad una reazione agli eventi dell'ambiente, a risposte ad impressioni ricavate da altri esseri viventi. A qualsiasi livello, il senso di Utterance entra nella nostra percezione degli eventi, sia esso un indicatore, un segnale, un simbolo, un segno, un flusso sintattico o un flusso semantico-sintattico. Expresión Vocal/Oral/Hablada ó Locución (Utterance)

Cuando se escucha a los seres (humanos) producir sonidos, tendemos a imputarle intención al evento sonoro. Lo escuchamos, en algún nivel, como una locución o expresión del habla (utterance). En particular, cuando la voz humana es usada como una fuente de sonido, cualquiera sea el contexto, el concepto de expresión a través de la palabra (utterance) formará parte, de algún modo, de nuestra aprehensión del evento. Esto se hace particularmente importante en la esfera de la música electroacústica proyectada en un espacio virtual a través de altavoces, en el que ya no nos podemos fiar de las señales físicas y sociales de la sala de concierto. En general, los sonidos no musicales producidos por algunos seres pueden ser tomados para indicar o expresar algo acerca del estado interno, una reacción a los eventos del entorno, o respuestas a expresiones vocales (utterances) de otras criaturas. De algún modo, el sentido de locución o expresión del habla (utterance) como indicador, señal, símbolo, signo o flujo sintáctico o semántico-sintático, entra en nuestra percepción de los eventos.
