This is the first of what will be many publications by the author and Rob Weale concerning the Intention/Reception Project. Its goal is to introduce electroacoustic works to listeners of a wide variety of backgrounds and experience to determine how accessible these works may be. The project commences with the restriction that test pieces include real-world sound references.
