Cybernetics

A term originated by Norbert Wiener which he defined as the science of transmitting messages between man and machine, or from machine to machine. Today, this study is being applied within the areas of artificial intelligence, cognitive sciences, robotics and interactive communication, not to mention science fiction.

(2001). Multimedia; from Wagner to Virtual Reality. NY: W. W. Norton, page 48.)

Cibernetica

(2001). Multimedia; from Wagner to Virtual Reality. NY: W. W. Norton, page 48.)

Kybernetik

A term originated by Norbert Wiener which he defined as the science of transmitting messages between man and machine, or from machine to machine. Today, this study is being applied within the areas of artificial intelligence, cognitive sciences, robotics and interactive communication, not to mention science fiction. (Source - Randall Packer and Ken Jordan, eds. (2001). Multimedia; from Wagner to Virtual Reality. NY: W. W. Norton, page 48.)
