This is an interview with the composer, Clarenz Barlow concerning his experiences with computers. Barlow believes - in contrast to the author - that his compositional experiences without the computer would have led to the same results. During the conversation, this notion focuses itself primarily on Barlow's viewpoints concerning the work of Iannis Xenakis, Herbert Brün and Gottfried Michael Koenig.
